 A combination of two different Jungle Body programs, starting with 45 min of KONGA®, followed by 15 min of JAGUA®. 

 This class is an easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of boxing, cardio, dance & sculpting to the hottest beats from all decades.

 Designed to shape, sculpt & redefine your physique, build muscle strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back while injecting your body with an endorphin overload.

VYPA & BURN!

 A combination of two different Jungle Body programs, starting with 30 min VYPA®, followed by 30 min of BURN!®

 The first part of this class is a hardcore, high intensity workout aimed at lowering your body fat and sculpting the whole body, inspired by Boxing, Martial Arts, Cage fighting, Hip Hop and Plyometrics.

 The 2. part is a choreographed dumbbell workout using 1.5-2.5kg dumbbells to shape & improve your muscle tone in your Upper Body & Core.

POUND

 Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

 Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!
